Our experienced nursing staff is available to provide skilled nursing services, as ordered by the physician or practitioner, and DSP staff available 24/7days per week.
3. Engaging Social and Recreational Activities
We take our individuals to places of their choice in the community to provide social, recreational, employment and medical visits for the individuals we serve.
4. Encourage a healthier lifestyle
Clara Butler Nursing will use assistance from the individual’s (PCSP) Person Centered Support Plan and or nutritionist to develop and prepare the right foods needed to promote a healthy life. individuals with feeding tubes will receive feeding via bolus or infusion pump under the direction of the nursing staff as ordered physician or practitioner.

From housekeeping and laundry to meal preparation and medication management, we provide a full range of support services, allowing individuals to focus on enjoying their lives without the stress of daily chores.
